In a 9 month period the PMO team managed numerous projects to separate Emerson Network Power from its former parent company. Major projects included the separation of Oracle EBS, SAP, Office 365, WAN infrastructure, and security as well as applications for Finance, Treasury, Supply Chain, Engineering, Sales and Marketing. After the separation activities my focus shifted to the implementation of Planview Enterprise One system. I led the project from defining the overall strategy down to performing the admin functions. Planview successfully went live on March 5th 2018.
