This includes negotiating the Freehold & DA processes with council and government as well as working with multiple consultants to conduct surveying, detailed design & construction works (demand to infrastructure, roads, power, water, sewage, comm’s, and drains). (A$30m).• Amrun Warehouse. Design & Construct a new 6000m2 warehouse for the Amrun Asset. This brownfield project incorporated working with engineering and construction consultants to complete detailed design and complex construction methodologies due to remoteness.(A$6m).• Evans Landing & Rocky Point Camp Upgrades. This includes determining requirements and evaluating options with the business (internal) and consultants (external) to design and deliver these upgrades (A$15m) .
