Supported JPMorgan Chase Investment Bank (CIB) business in all regions (WHEM; LATAM; EMEA and APAC) on projects which impacted Finance Applications. Assigned the role to lead projects for CIB teams as part of the global program to on-board all applications to a single Global Finance Architecture. Also required to support all CIB business projects, such as launching new products, application upgrades, roll outs of new applications or system changes to support new / modified local regulatory requirements. Worked directly with each regional controllers and IT teams to review & Create Business Requirements, prioritize projects & Budgets within Finance and evaluate impacts to Finance applications. • Project Manager on BREXIT for Global Finance team. Project to Establish 22 new EMEA Legal Entities with new Payment, Demand Deposit and Loan Application systems feeds to SAP FICO, SAPCO, SAP-OIM & FRONTIER. Agile and Waterfall Methodologies utilized on over 25 Projects on 15 Month Project. • Finance Project Manager for REAL TIME PAYMENTS (RTP) in United States; establish new Federal Clearinghouse Payment Product (https://www.theclearinghouse.org/payment-systems/rtp) on SAP FICO and FRONTIER application CIB Applications GRAHPITE and IDDA applications (https://www.jpmorgan.com/global/cib/treasury-services/real-value-real-time-payments)• Responsible for managing and supporting up to 200 projects annually including Line of Business Build and Regression projects using AGILE or Waterfall Methodologies. Projects include new applications rolling out in all regions such as on boarding new global Trading Applications; new Products and conversions.• Manage a team of 5 Employees to support the CIB Global Book of Work; Budget and full Project Life Cycle support on all Investment Bank projects.

Recruited from the Consumer Bank to support the JPM Chase – Bank One Merger. Assigned the role of Project Manager and Client Relationship manager for Chase Consumer & Community Bank (CCB) divisions, including Card Services, Online Banking / E-Commerce; Chase Auto Finance and Mortgage Banking. Worked with CCB on all Line of Business Projects which required Global Finance Support for the JPM Chase – Bank One application system integrations and ongoing CCB programs and projects impacting finance applications. • Project Manager on all CCB applications in Enterprise Testing with Global Finance.• Reported monthly to CCB Controller on status of all projects• Managed a team of 2 Employees to support Book of Work Cycle on all projects. Required to perform GAP Analysis; Business Requirements; Improve Process and Work Flows, write operating procedures and training documentation.• As part of the JPMorgan - Bank one Merger lead multiple Finance teams on the integration of application systems including the JPMorgan CCB Demand Deposit System; Check Processing applications and Card Systems to the Bank One target applications. • Assigned as project manager of special projects outside of Consumer Bank, including the on-boarding of Peru for the Investment Bank & Legal Entity Mergers for all Lines of Businesses. These projects lead to my appointment of managing the Investment Bank book of work starting in 2017.
