•Ran a HAAS Mills with 4th axis milling, HAAS Lathes, and Mazak Lathes with live tooling.•Setup machines and lined up jobs for night shift employees to run.•Required to read all prints approved for manufacturing and write programs to produce parts in a timely manner.•Calculate and setup machines to regulate machining factors such as: spindle speed, feed, coolant flow, depth of cut and clamping methods.  •Setup and ran multiple machines at once to get large quantity jobs out on time.•Machine small and large parts to tolerances of +/- .005 or less.  •Maintain logs, lists, files and promptly complete all necessary paperwork.

•Ran a Mazak mill with 4th axis milling. •Required to read all prints approved for manufacturing and write programs to produce parts in a timely manner.•Calculate and set controls to regulate machining factors such as: spindle speed, feed, coolant flow, depth of cut and clamping methods.  •Machine small and large parts to tolerances of +/- .005 or less.  •Select appropriate speeds and feeds according to type of metal and finish specifications.  •Maintain logs, lists, files and promptly complete all necessary paperwork.

•Operated two Daewoo Lathes with live tooling.•Completed all job setups and kept track of tooling inventory for both machines.•Had to make minor adjustments to programs that would make parts run more efficiently.•Was required to hold tolerances of +/- .002.
