Quality review and reporting of all loans being recorded and corrections of rejected mods.Validation all required documentation is in possession and is in proper condition, ensure transactions meet with client policy and procedures. Use extensive computer skills to examine mortgage documents relating to various loan programs such as short sales, hamps, trials and loan modifications.
