We set up Prime to fill a void in the fitness landscape. It developed from a conversation and resulted in a gym environment where we actually WANT you to show up, and show up A LOT! We don’t like the idea of zero support, zero guidance, and a gym where people NEVER show up. We LOVE teaching, coaching, and helping and we can’t do that without YOU.Our goal was to create an environment where you are welcomed no matter your background or ability level, and we think we nailed it. Our team of coaches are here to guide and encourage you throughout your fitness journey and the ongoing support of our team and community will have you feeling empowered and excited for what the future holds!

Actively work to integrate group fitness-oriented physical education classes to better educate students about integral health and fitness concepts. Responsible for planning daily team practice schedule and tactical game-day strategy, which included structuring offensive, defensive, and special teams plays, managing person coaching staff, and preparing scouting reports on opposing teams. Duties also included monitoring 50 students' individual academic progress, arranging fundraising activities, implementing PSAL's sportsmanship rules, and instilling rigorous player discipline and weight training plan.

Directed and chaperoned Burton's snowboarding program Chill. A six week program for at risk youth "...that uses snowboarding to teach life skills and increase self-esteem in participants." Collaborated with Teen’s PACT organization to educate health students on values, self-esteem, communication skills, and responsible sexual decision making.Worked with professional hip hop choreographers Adesola Osakalumi and Antoine ‘Doc’ Judkins to educate students on hip hop culture and dance that concluded with a yearly performance at Hip Hop Generation Next Festival.
