• Analyzing of data inputted on an excel sheet to ensure the data validation rules are followed to wound up resulting errors.• Engaging clients through calls and other communication media to facilitate quick solution of queries.• Sending in qualification and bank questionnaire to suppliers and acting as the supplier to fill the data into the system for vetting, qualification of the suppliers to ensure supplier integration into the system and approval of bank information.• Importing of catalogs into the system and replicating them to ensure they are linked with contracts. This is after doing contract compliance tasks and publishing them.• Attending routine inhouse and external meetings with clients, presentation of the firm interests and training new talents.

I have utilized my business skills since I was in the university. I started a personal venture whereby I have learnt the art of perseverance and patience.I have improved my influence and negotiations skills,these skills I have relied on them to make sales even when a customers does not wish to buy.I have enhanced my perspective of life and developed a good understanding of professionalism, this I have attributed to loving what I do and consistently learning each and every day.This role has helped my understanding of consumer behaviour and increased my insights on behavioural purchases.I have developed a business mind thereby equipping me for any role that my require critical thinking.

I learnt a great deal of what is required of a productive personnel. The role helped me see things from another person point of view and be able to provide creative solutions to any undertaking.Its also helped in realization of excellent ways of managing a workforce usually through maintaining a good sense of chain of command to ensure flow of work is maintained and employee productivity is not hindered.The role offered a learning opportunity of using data to make insightful decisions.

This role provided a stepping stone to understanding how the corporate sector works.It helped immensely equip me with good communication and interpersonal skills in a work place leading to forming of long lasting relationship.The role also helped in knowing how helpful a person network is.
