I am an enthusiastic and effective manager with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. I have 22 years’ experience supporting the NZ Defence aerospace industry, including twelve years’ management experience and over five years’ delivering formal instruction and training projects. I present myself confidently and initiate active engagement with stakeholders. My written correspondence is thoroughly researched, containing logical arguments, leading to informed recommendations. As manager of a very demanding facility, I was praised for driving excellence, innovation, cost savings and wellbeing in very diverse teams. As an NZDF contractor supporting the T-6C Texan Flight Simulators at Ohakea, I assisted initial delivery and took the lead in developing the annual qualification and preventative maintenance regimes.
