Managed all major new and renovation projects in US and Canada requiring extensive travel. Worked closely with client to establish project parameters for level of design, budget, image, critical timelines, etc. and coordinated with project design and production teams. Performed a variety of tenant development projects assisting landlords and brokers.

Managed various NYC projects for major house accounts.

Managed projects for Fortune 500 companies including a new 300KSF HQ in Dallas, TX and a new 200KSF operations center in NYC and other NYC projects. In addition to managing the project teams and acting as client interface, responsible for establishing project manpower and per phase fee usage projections. Projections were monitored weekly and adjusted to ensure billing remained within the fee structure of the project.
