DWP - Health Transformation Program: Health Assessments • Led multi-disciplinary teams through Discovery, Alpha and Beta project phases. • Worked with Client stakeholders to define MVP scope and create project backlog. • Identified higher-risk items that would be selected for early prototyping and implementation. • Confirmed and adhered to Client governance requirements. • Prepared and delivered presentation to Client for best practices in using Jira to manage the project and program RAID. This was subsequently adopted at program level. • Worked with the team to plan sprints, manage risks, stay within governance rules and frequently demonstrate incremental value at program level Show & Tell events. • Successfully completed Beta/MVP deliverables and deployed to client sites.

Capita / Benefex • Managed a large, blended team consisting of BJSS and client resources; acting as Line Manager for client resources. • Led the team through a 3-month transition, where I introduced robust ITIL and Kanban processes to produce more consistent client outcomes. • Transitioned the team post Go-Live and introduced monthly client metrics and service report. • Rebalanced team composition to match evolving client shape of work. • Built a parallel design team and successfully ran a complex, high-risk project to clean-up the databases and thus make the client GDPR-compliant. • Successfully transitioned Capita's Pensions and Benefits support team to Benefex. • Implemented tools, process and reporting adjustments to align to Benefex WoW. • Continued leading the blended team for 3 months, before handing over the brief to another SDL.

NHS Midlands Remote Desktops• Partnering with AWS, we successfully delivered a PoC solution to demonstrate that AWS Workspaces could be used to allow self-isolating GP's etc. to work remotely. • The solution presented a virtual PC desktop (Windows 10 experience on Windows Server 2016), running two key clinical software and some ancillary applications for document management, OOH/111 support and communication with patients via txt, voice and video calls.

Specsavers Managed Service and Customer Experience Program (CXP)• Led a complex project, concurrently delivering 7 workstreams across 3 programs (UK eCommerce, IE DWCI, DPACE) to migrate data from all legacy applications/platforms to CXP applications/platforms. • Legacy applications: Socrates, RockIT, Oracle Customer Hub (OCH), Oracle Product Data Hub (PDH), Drupal mostly hosted on an AWS platform. New applications: ForgeRock, Stibo STEP, CommerceTools, Mulesoft; hosted on Azure, AWS and Google platforms. • Led and recognized by the client for substantially increasing the productivity of the Small Change delivery cell.• Conducted a thorough Defect Analysis on the ~300 bug tickets in the various cell backlogs; presented same to client leadership. The client described this as a "Master Class" of how such an activity should be done. • Wrote detailed process docs for a unified Triage process and Defect Management process. This was to drive a common process for issues raised by the Service Desk and those raised internally. • Took over a Technical proposal on software branching strategy and test environments. Expanded the proposal to identify other (agile) Ways of Working and process enhancements via a Crawl, Walk Run strategy. Presented the proposal to client executives, where it was overwhelmingly accepted..
