Responsibilities include; Purchase orders for all materials, ordering in low or depleted stock items. My role requires me to deal with internal/external customers for orders and pricing queries and submitting credit claims when necessary. I also communicate directly with branches of the company. I also allocate some time to help with booking orders, loading and unloading, racking inspections, ISO 9001, CE marking requirements, product data, specifications and maintenance and powder coating. I am also responsible for purchasing stock at lower prices to increase company margins.

My role requires me to deal with internal/external customers for orders and pricing queries and submitting credit claims when necessary. I also communicate directly with branches of the company overseas, booking deliveries, I also provide support to pack house. Helping lines finish production and managing the staff on weekends. I am also responsible for purchasing stock at lower prices to increase company margins.

Jan 2010 - August 2014. Responsibilities include; maintaining stock levels with detailed monthly stock analysis to create and adjust parts lists and manuals and update databases to ensure smooth running of the department, through ordering in low or depleted stock items. My role requires me to deal with internal/external customers for orders and pricing queries and submitting warranty claims when necessary. I also communicate directly with branches of the company overseas, shipping orders both inside and outside the EU raising all necessary documentation, issuing invoices and account information, booking deliveries, and arranging driver pickups. I also provide support through fixing large format scanners and Q/A to production, packing and shipping departments. I have taken on responsibility of HMRC documentation such as ‘Intrastat’ and EC sales as well as becoming the company’s First Aider and acquiring a Fork truck counterbalance licence
