War on Waste (Cost Efficiency)• Identification and implementation of operational design and structure as well as scope changes to ensure enhanced operational efficiency with a dramatically lower cost.• Operating expenditure (Opex) variance analysis versus previous month, previous year and AOP, to help management effectively track opex, and identify initiatives for corrective actions.• Ensuring that every opex saving reported by operating companies are consolidated and flow through tracked to the P&L.• Timely reporting of actual opex savings achieved month on month, highlighting deviations to target, and suggesting alternative saving initiatives.• Developing key KPI’s to help in tracking efficiency and effectiveness of the War on Waste project.• Developing key Finance Guidelines to help the business identify WoW scope in terms of what is WoW and what isn’t.• Participating in and supporting the project management team by carrying out project analysis and monitoring project costs.• PROJECT EIFFEL and participate in the IPO process.

o Preparation of IM data. o Ensuring all documents relating to site sharing are being maintained and monitored, monitoring of site data, documentation and maintenance of site related documents. This includes land titles, land grants and as built documents for all the 17 African Countries with Airtel presence.o Communicating and liaising with OPCO's on day to day basis to obtain site information and building capacity.o SCM processes and control.
