• Act as primary point of contact for a decedent’s family &/or entitled persons.• Handle deceased bank accounts & assets. (Update &/or close accounts)• Request & Obtain proper documentation to disburse funds from accounts to the appropriate parties. • Receive inbound calls/make outbound calls to clients to discuss next steps with the case.• Perform Protective Maintenance on all deceased accounts including waiving late fees, placing balance holds, & closing debit cards.• Notate all cases accurately & effectively.• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective & efficient service to the clients.• Utilize numerous systems such as Cliebt Engagement Workspace (CEW), Marlin, & other BOA systems

•Make outbound calls to current customers to assist with refinancing their homes. •Work as a unit with Home Mortgage Consultants to ensure an easy process with customers•Verify the needs of customers in order to connect them with specific Mortgage Consultants
