SVP of Asset Management for the Central Region. Responsible for tenant relations, management, leasing, and dispositions for a roughly 23 million square foot portfolio.

• Assisted in coordination, delivery, and quality assurance of all management and sub-management services for the entire portfolio, which consisted of 915 properties and 26 million SF.
• Oversaw portfolio wide initiatives and projects for the team and coordinate with Sub-managers on timing and delivery.
• Coordinated with Budgeting Dept. on monthly financial reporting and variance analysis, as well as reporting to Senior Management/Asset Management.
• Oversaw capital planning, budgeting, and tracking for all base building capital projects.
• Coordinated with Budgeting Dept. on annual operating expense budget preparations, reviews, and reforecasts.
• Coordinated with Treasury and Project Management on lender reserve tracking, project completions, and lender submittals.

• Assisted in the management of up to 282 properties encompassing approximately 7.2 million SF.
• Oversaw the day to day activities of up to 28 Property Managers across 19 states.
• Reviewed and analyzed budgets and reforecasts for all properties in the Western portfolio. In 2007, the operating expense budgets equaled roughly $53M for our existing portfolio (225 properties).

• Assisted in the management of a 194,095 SF Class A office tower and 600,000 SF of industrial properties.
• Prepared financial reports for asset manager and owners.
• Supervised maintenance staff and outside vendors, including janitorial and security teams.
• Coordinated with contractors for various capital and tenant improvement projects.
