Managed and oversaw Residential and Wake Ups programs, which included 7 units with up to 64 clients. Instituted a debrief system that required a staff meeting after each crisis to strengthen accountability and collaborative problem-solving. As a result of this system, the use of physical restraints was reduced by 85%. Completed intakes to the program as needed for DCF emergency removals and provided direct correspondence of children's treatment to the clinical team.

Supervised a residence of 10 beds and 8 staff members. Oversaw all budgetary and recreational resources. Trained and managed the performance of assigned childcare staff, including conducting individual and group supervision as well as staff evaluation. Organized therapeutic milieu for approximately 50 children and 40 employees and provided on-call backup behavioral and recreational support to 5 residences.Properly attended to administrative functions of supervisory work, including leading required meetings and completing assigned oral and written reports.
