I provide coaching and consulting to executive leaders in the public and private sector. I offer tools and insights for them to develop a clear management philosophy, build the systems to develop themselves and their staff, and create healthy, effective teams. Services include individual coaching and consulting as well as comprehensive training for teams.

Worked as part of a team to produce surgical mesh devices in a fast-paced environment that required theprioritization of tasks to meet production deadlines.

Provided immediate support and crisis intervention for up to 80 middle school and high school students struggling with severe depression and anxiety. This student body included members of the LGBTQIA+ community and those on the autism spectrum. Supported the creation of student-led programming resulting in annual activities such as a poetry slam, basketball tournament, and debate club, providing the students with a greater sense of self-efficacy. Served as a liaison between clinical and academic departments to help staff support the social, emotional, andeducational needs of students. Created plans to assist teachers through class and individualized behavior management plans. Assisted clinicians in planning and conducting weekly group therapy sessions.

Supervised and trained a team of 35 staff, 2 residential supervisors, and 12 day school child care workers. Managed and oversaw Residential and Wake Ups programs, which included 7 units with up to 64 clients. Instituted a debrief system that required a staff meeting after each crisis to strengthen accountability and collaborative problem-solving. As a result of this system, the use of physical restraints was reduced by 85%. Built and maintained positive working relationships between Day School and Residential departments to ensure consistency and quality care for clients across all programs

Supervised a 12-bed emergency treatment shelter for inner-city youth ages birth to 12. Shifted the focus of the shelter's treatment plans from reactive to more proactive interventions. Equipped 4 direct care workers with the tools to interpret their observations of the clients and gather information to create treatment plans. Completed intakes to the program as needed for DCF emergency removals and provided direct correspondence of children's treatment to the clinical team.

Served as a leader in a residential treatment facility on a multidisciplinary team to further the emotional, behavioral, and educational development of children ages 3 to 13 referred by DCF and DMH. Supervised a residence of 10 beds and 8 staff members. Oversaw all budgetary and recreational resources. Trained and managed the performance of assigned childcare staff, including conducting individual and group supervision as well as staff evaluation. Organized therapeutic milieu for approximately 50 children and 40 employees and provided on-call backup behavioral and recreational support to 5 residences.Properly attended to administrative functions of supervisory work, including leading required meetings and completing assigned oral and written reports.

Worked as liaison between the clinical department and two residences consisting of 20 clients on the autism spectrum. Created the Personal Advocate program that utilized the knowledge and experience of direct care staff. This program led to greater staff accountability and engagement. Assisted in the development of treatment plans to ensure that clinical goals were implemented by unit staff. Built and maintained relationships with the clients’ collaterals and parents. Attended and participated in IEP, treatment, clinical, and unit meetings and trainings.

Monitored the safety of the 8-10 children in residential program for children ages 5-13. Properly attended to communication, including daily log notes, rounds notes, and discharge reports. Planned, implemented, and participated in therapeutic, social, and recreational activities for children to help foster behavioral control.
