• Manage and coordinate the entire spectrum of the daily operations of people care (HR) for assigned country.• Act as a Business Partner for operations on matters related to people care (HR).• Ensure optimisation of human resources / talent across the brands through active recruitment and on-boarding initiatives.• Manage and ensure adherence of Compensations & Benefits practices.• Coordinate and promote the development and retention of human resources.

Plans, directs and coordinates human resource management activities of the site to maximise the strategic use of human resources, and maintains functions such employee compensation, recruitment, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance. Acts as a partner by implementing and embedding corporate HR strategy and providing professional HR guidance and support to relevant internal client groups with the objective of adding value to the business.

Responsible for the overall Human Resources functions covering formulation and implementation of Human Resources policies and procedures, manpower planning, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefit management, performance management and career development, employees and industrial relations, employees’ welfare, personnel and general administration.

HRIS: • Maintain and computerised of Human Resource Information System (HRIS) • Generate HR related reports for management from time to time. Recruitment: • Recruitment (Direct and Indirect Staff) • Conduct orientation/induction for new employees IR/ER: • Employees’ disciplinary and welfare • Organize sports and recreation activities for employees such as Annual Dinner, sports eventsOthers: • Responsible to maintain 5S condition in work area and be the 5S auditor. • Leading HR team in participating QCC activities
