The center is registered with Philippine Economic Zone Authority and operates using Shell business principle and policies.Duties and responsibilities include:- Supervise a total of 13 staff members; setup challenging goals, manage performance, KPIs and SLA. - Conducts quarterly performance review and yearly performance ranking.- Promote Teamwork and Skill Development - Ensure that period end process in accordance with the pre- set timeline and activities are accomplished.- Effective and efficient financial review process for controlling in accordance with the global standards.- Review and endorse Continuous improvement projects.- Conducted weekly process review with the process owners in Houston, Netherlands and Australia together with local team- Prepares control flowcharts, narrative, and control registers for the team’s SOX requirements.- Conduct self-testing of other department’s controls and ensures that control breakdowns are remediate and all documentations maintained.- Attend all applicable trainings that could enhance SOX awareness.

Alcan Packaging Starpack Corporation is a company that manufactures Flexible Packaging for food pharmaceutical products, film blowing, extrusion, rotogravure printing, and design packaging material for food industries market, create a new concept of design, supplies major local and multinational companies with a comprehensive array of flexible packaging solutions in either roll-or preformed bag formats.Duties and responsibilities include:- Provides project support for the Finance Manager by producing the required costing and cost center reports and coordinating with the department heads for validation.- Performs costing run for 1,000 SKUs per month and work with the supply chain team to investigate and confirm fluctuations. Resolves costing run errors by working with the support group.- Lead the team in monthly stock take and reports the results to both warehouse and Finance manager.- Analyze purchase orders to ensure accuracy of goods in transit accounts.- Assists in general accounting functions such as bank reconciliation, cash count, journal posting and balance sheet account analysis.- Completes all the month-end activities such as cost trend analysis, costing run, bank recon and assist the finance manager in encoding the financial package into the group consolidation website.- Conducts monthly compliance audit for production group.
