This resulted in reduced infrastructure costs and avoided significant extended support costs for Windows 2000.- Unix host and c-tree database upgrade required to mitigate performance issues on core Fund Accounting system, HiPortfolio.- Coordination of Infrastructure and AD staff to support rollout of upgraded print services across sites in London, Edinburgh and Manila.• Performed Implementation & Release management role for more than 400 client changes including:- Upgrade of Fund Accounting system, HiPortfolio to version 3v5.- Multiple tranches to off board both Fund and Investment Accounting services for major client.- Major middleware application upgrade from legacy in-house system using TIBCO Messaging to AbInitio ETL platform.• Specified and oversaw development of automated build tool to integrate with Source Code Management System, Subversion. This enabled segregation of build procedure from development process required to close out SSAE16 audit item.• Standardised build and deployment process including introduction of metrics to measure implementation success and mandatory post-implementation reviews to identify process improvements. These initiatives helped to increase implementation success rate from 92% to 98%. -
