I am a highly motivated manager with an efficient experience in my last company. Currently based in New York City, I am looking for a new opportunity.During my 8 years career, I’ve been working 6 years in metallurgy then I decided to change to work in logistics. My metallurgy experience was done in sandwich course, part time at school, part time at work. That can show how I am interested by the field experiment. When I’ve been graduated, I decided to move to the logistics domain, to learn new things and show that I am able to adapt to a new environment. In my last position as Shift Manager for Amazon, I am task to daily manage a team that is working on an ever-changing environment due to continual improvement together imposed by new standards but also things that I was proposing and testing. All those leaded operations are data-driven with a daily review where are exposed the action plans to always raise the bar. Managing my actual team of 20 operators, I use my knowledges to help them growth and develop their skills.During this experience of managing a team, my work is also to help them when needed on their daily tasks, loading trucks and vans, repacking damaged parcels or lifting packages.
