NASA Goddard Program• As a Safety and Mission Assurance Engineer lead, my role covers the following sub-groups, Software Quality, Quality Engineering, Supplier Quality, Materials Engineering, Part’s Engineering, and Safety Engineering. Led my first launch, titled USSF-67, on board SpaceX’s Falcon Heavy with successful deployment.• Daily experience in leading NASA and Classified programs includes but is not limited to managing RCCA support for mission defects, cost account managing (CAM) for program budgeting ops, and significant experience in customer/team communication on critical failures.

My cross functional team and I implemented permanent corrective actions over a year effort driving returns below 87%. • Led as customer manager for Boeing products, addressing quality corrective actions and creating continuous improvement processes (CIP) for all Boeing programs covering commercial and defense system contracts.
