Pioneered ground-up planning, development, and management of exploration company from developing corporate strategies, overseeing exploration activities, evaluating existing and potential new assets, establishing world-class exploration team, and to identifying suite of new opportunities. Led and completed multiple exploration consulting engagements focused on evaluating M&A opportunities and facilitating feasibility and scoping study of Iron sands in the Philippines and porphyry copper deposits in Far East Russia.

Recruited to build organization from scratch through capital raising. In this capacity, I grew the company from $1M to >$750M market capitalization, designed and communicated company strategies, built management systems and processes, completed world first deepwater discovery at Solwara 1, and created detailed workflows and mine plans for first ever seafloor mining operation using subsea rock cutting technology.DELIVERED RESULTS:> Pioneered “Solwara 1 Deposit” project by securing world-first deep-sea mining 43-101 compliant resource, environmental permit, and mining lease—no company has ever attempted a development of mineral deposit in >1500m of water.> Steered ROV Drill and Subsea EM technology innovations that created significant step changes to exploration effectiveness.
