Key Responsibilities:1. Developing and implementing Commercial strategies to ensure they meet and comply with company goals and objectives.2. Conducting market research and preparing marketing plans. 3. Leading the process of recruitment, selection and training of the commercial team.4. Leading from the front in sales initiatives, by prospecting for new clients, building relationships and closing sales deals. 5. Building alliances and partnerships with relevant stakeholders. 6. Carefully negotiating commercial contracts to protect the interests of the company as we meet the client's needs. 7. Collaborating and coordinating with diverse teams ( technical, sales, marketing, customer service and project management ) to ensure the success of company-wide initiatives.8. Participating in the setting of financial targets, developing budgets and monitoring compliance within the organisation.
