7 years experience in the security industry, starting from part time work up to being promoted to my current title: Chief of Security. At my current job I am in charge of assisting the client in multiple roles, be it assisting in categorizing and monitoring shipments of chemicals, creating new access badges and generating reports for the client, and ensuring a safe and secure workplace for all. With previous jobs in customer service, my interpersonal skills are fine tuned to speak clearly and effectively in order to make sure all tasks are met and surpassed.The field can be stressful as well; should a situation arise, be it a possible intruder, a medical emergency, or dispute between workers, my role as a Volunteer Firefighter for the Town of Harwinton has helped me remain calm in such situations, keep a rational mind and dictate resources effectively. Proudly, I have learned and am very proficient in our security software, CCure. With limited training to begin, I have taken the time to understand and perfect the system, and tune it to meet the job and client needs. By doing this, when the client requests a report, or badge, or has a question, I have no issue in completing the inquiry or task at hand. Im a hard working man, personable, and overall love helping others.
