Managed all administrative relations between the agency and the schools requests.Daily field interaction and supervision to coordinate daily scope of work with schools request, jobs assigned and labor in charge. Scope of work includes and its not limited to:  Played an integral role in assessing and estimating cost and time schedule to repair all jobs requested by schools.  Identified manpower, equipment, tools, and materials.  Performed onsite engineering and material purchasing as well as monitored productivity and schedule.
