After earning my Juris Doctor, I served as a financial advisor at some of the world’s largest financial institutions, such as Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, American Express, and Citizens Bank. As Associate Vice President at People’s United Bank, I worked with high-net-worth individuals to develop sophisticated solutions for their discretionary trust accounts. As a securities attorney, I've previously represented investors in disputes with broker dealers, and currently, prepare offering documents for the private placement of securities. I’ve co-founded Tokenwise, a Real-World Asset (RWA) tokenization consultancy that focuses on guiding issuers of security tokens through the process of deploying assets on chain. Thorough analysis of each situation is provided before actionable recommendations are made as to which, if any, tokenization path is appropriate for the client's unique scenario.
