Store Manager
Current• Direct entire store operations, with responsibility for staff leadership and coaching, budget, cost controls, marketing, customer service, and overall profitability. • Promote restaurant community-wide to attract and retain customers while building community partnerships.• Accountable for human resource functions including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, and all staffing matters. • Manage cash flow operations, count and reconcile cash drawers, and deposit revenue to appropriate bank accounts.• Provide leadership and mentoring to employees, ensuring accurate executions of duties while exercising teamwork. • Responsible for daily inventory management, food and beverage ordering, spillage, food safety and employee safety.• Implement policies, procedures and best practices to promote exceptional customer service and repeat business.
