▪ Principal advisor providing critical and expert advice to the commander on all enlisted matters, including matters concerning the Recruiter Station and its personnel, and for disseminating information to the unit on applicable policies and directives.▪ Provided training and enforcement of Marine Corps and Recruiting Station standards and ensured pool and command recruiting programs were well organized, implemented and properly supervised.▪ Developed and supervised training plans for over 500 applicants in order to prepare them for the rigors of recruit training.▪ Interviewed and counseled enlisted personnel on all pertinent professional and personal matters affecting the efficiency of the command while assisting in the supervision and execution of all clerical and administrative matters, training and logistical functions. ▪ Successfully supervised all training, logistical, fiscal, and administrative functions, including coordination with higher HQs to facilitate professional military education, career retention and orders processing for inbound and outbound personnel.▪ Ensured that the Marines of the recruiting station throughout a 42,000 square area of operations upheld the Marine Corps standards.
