Managed 22 employees across 3 shifts as a Manufacturing Shift Supervisor. Set manufacturing priorities, ensured output matched customer demand and resolved employee conflicts. Saved the company $22,000 per year by reducing the scrap rate of a capital-intensive manufacturing process. Led a design process to increase life cycle of engine hardware on the Boeing 787.
