-Lead Microsoft Identity Management engineer, continuously improving upon existing synchronization logic and design between all domains.-Lead Office 365 engineer, managing mailbox migrations from our Exchange on-premise to Exchange-Online environment as well as overseeing entire hybrid environment. Completed entire site migrations for Austria, Poland, UK, Monaco, and others so that on-premise Exchange servers could be decommissioned.-Owner and admin of all Enterprise SFTP environments, which span internationally.-Main contributor to all technical documentation, managing internal SharePoint sites and MS Teams channels for reference and knowledge sharing. -Perform Exchange on-premise and Exchange-Online mailbox, database, dynamic distribution list, resource mailboxes, etc. management tasks and requests.-Very proficient with Microsoft PowerShell, building and collaborating on custom scripts for various Exchange and Active Directory administration and reporting tasks.-Built and manage the entire corporate Mobile Device Management platform, including all policies, global configurations, application deployment, etc.

-Designed and built out corporate data center, as well as new warehouses and office spaces.-Engineered and maintained entire corporate/retail Cisco network infrastructure, keeping up-to-date documentation and Visio diagrams.-Ensured efficient network communication between sites via DMVPN, point-to-point, and long-range wireless methods (Cisco, Ruckus, etc.).-Managed ISP relationships and utilized the latest data and telecommunication technologies such as SIP, and fiber-based circuits.-Fulfilled architect type role for MPLS concept to prepare for the linking of corporate and retail locations together.-Worked with B2B, Design, Warehouse, and other teams to establish secure network tunnels to and from vendors for data exchanges.-Identified threats/security risks and addressed as needed.-Kept up to date with various vendors on the latest firewall, UTM, wireless, and controller technologies as well as performed proof-of-concept implementations leading to possible purchases.-Critical resource for multiple roles within the department, assisting with projects and implementations throughout the organization.-All in all, mission statement was to deliver best-fit solutions in a logical and structured manner to the best of my ability, with the requirements and information given.

Managed team of remote engineers, working closely with the IT Director. As part of the engineering team, support was provided to both clients as well as technicians out in the field. A queue of client alerts were constantly reviewed and addressed like that of a Network Operations Center, in which each technician would act upon RAID, BDR, Exchange, and network-related alerts/events. Teamwork was critical in this role as technicians would frequently consult one another and "primary techs" were assigned to a group of clients. Customer base spanned from not only RI but also CT, MA, as well as AZ and FL. Technicians were also experienced with supporting and configuring AXIS surveillance systems, BDR/CDP units, and UTM devices. Also, each technician became SonicWall certified (CSSA) during their first year with the company.Each engineer needed to have a solid understanding of DNS, firewalls, routers, access points, as well as ISP requirements and configurations. Overall, advanced networking skills were required and cultivated throughout each technician's employment. Weekly meetings consisted of re-evaluating both internal and external processes, and working with fellow teammates to plan for upcoming projects. Assisting on-site technicians during server migrations as well as Office365 and other cloud-based solutions were also common responsibilities.

Roles and responsibilities were similar to an IT consultant, traveling to small businesses in the RI and MA area to perform a combination of both on-site and remote troubleshooting and maintenance tasks. Monthly projects consisted of migrating small businesses from Windows Server 2003 environments to completely new server hardware with a focus on Windows SBS 2008. As part of a small group of technicians, it was not uncommon to personally own a project, see it through from start to finish, and work with business owners to identify needs and deliver solutions in a timely manner. Some other responsibilities consisted of:-Working directly with vendors to process new orders as well as returns.-Configuring and deploying entirely new server, router, switch, and printing equipment.-Managing partnerships with SonicWall and Intel for existing and new products.-Being conscious of various compliance's due to heavy legal-related client base.-Collaborating with owner and fellow techs to implement non-existent internal company processes.-Training new technicians and refining client documentation.-Maintain ConnectWise ticketing system as well as Kaseya IT management software.

Managed help desk as well as network and servers in a "Jr. Network Admin" type of role. Worked directly with Network Administrator as well as Software Developer to support and maintain the corporate infrastructure. Worked with other members of IT department to:-Initiate company's first disaster recovery plan as well as off-site DR facility.-Upgrade outdated routing and switching infrastructure as well as VPN implementation.-Set and maintain off-site tape backups as well as backup software and system.-Manage Exchange, Active Directory, corporate file share, and HR-related payroll systems.-Support and upgrade shipping environment.-Establish MPLS circuit between RI and out of state parent company location.-Develop customer service call routing system and call queue monitoring solution.
