- Responsible for the expansion of the SharkNinja brand within the Canadian landscape by adding additional accounts to the business unit.- Responsible for adding Loblaw, HBC, Home Hardware, Lowes, and Kitchen Stuff Plus, generating an additional 15% of the total revenue in Canada by 2021 while also managing two key accounts (Best Buy and Bed Bath and Beyond) to YOY continual growth based on budget expectations while increasing market share.- Responsible for negotiating YOY incremental additions to the assortment and plano gram management ensuring all measures are met based on sales and profitability per linear feet provided.

- Responsible for the purchasing of all inline and seasonal space within a $160M portfolio by ensuring YOY increases are met in sales and profitability based on market trends and company expectations.- Departments responsible for purchasing include: Food Storage, Plastic Storage, Laundry, Closet, and Hangers, Brush and Broom, Front End Bags and Tote Bags, Disposable Plates and Cutlery, Water Filtration and Seasonal Insect Repellent.Worked closely with product development teams to ensure all necessary market data was provided to achieve expected sales and profit within each subcategory under all private label products.- Managing a team of 5 ensuring leadership and mentorship was provided while building company growth and personal guidelines to aid in their career growth and achievements.
