* Responsible for overall lead and direction of Finance operation for National Account Business Unit (East National Service Center) which comprises $240M revenue base. • Lead and direct group of three full-time professionals while working closely with General Manager, service, implementation and relationship management executives in dealing with client related issues, including, but not limited to; pricing, contract renewals, billing and customer satisfaction. • Manage financial planning and analysis activities including: monthly close, monthly forecast, annual plan, financial and operational metrics. • Identify risks and opportunities associated with meeting financial targets and develop action plans to close gaps and drive growth. • Partnered with Sales on prospect and client pricing for a $15-20 million annual sales quota. • Conducted client profitability analysis for new share business and client contract renewals. • Communicated results, both to Division as well as within region, alerting senior staff and regional workforce (approximately 300 employees) of financial picture / outlook, including challenges and opportunities.

• Responsible for overall lead and direction of the Corporate Financial Reporting Dept.• Lead and direct group of five full-time professionals and 1 to 3 temporary professionals through challenging changes & adjustments, including, but not limited to; staffing changes, significant business transactions and economic challenges.• Responsible for consolidation of nearly 200 International / Domestic financial statements.• Direct monthly closing process and provide accounting guidance to business units; review and issue monthly internal financial statements and analyses; preparation and review of external balance sheet and P&L for quarterly SEC Reporting; prepare and review analyses for quarterly Press Release and SEC Reporting.• Ensure appropriate dept. policies and procedures, including compliance with Sarbanes Oxley.• Manage & utilize Hyperion consolidation system.• Assisted company through divestiture of Claims business and spin-off of Brokerage Services business.• Work regularly with Tax Dept., including, but not limited to Tax Improvement Process aimed at creating improvements & efficiencies as it relates to the interaction of Financial & Tax information.• Engage multiple persons across multiple departments and varying levels, including CFO, Controller, business unit Presidents, tax, legal, human resources & external reporting personnel.

• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Consolidations Department.• Supervise and review work for staff of four full-time professionals and one part-time professional.• Responsible for consolidation of nearly 250 International / Domestic financial statements.• Manage monthly closing process and provide accounting guidance to operating divisions; research consolidation and accounting issues and implement new accounting standards and Wyeth accounting procedures.• Review and issue monthly internal financial statement package and analyses; preparation and review of external balance sheet and P&L for quarterly SEC Reporting; prepare and review analyses for Investor Relations in lieu of quarterly press release and conference call.• Assist external auditors in audit of quarterly financial information.• Perform quarterly analyses of one-time costs associated with multiple restructuring programs; assist affiliates in the application of restructuring costs / charges to those related programs. • Perform as an integral part of the team assigned to the divestiture of the Agricultural Products Business as well as other smaller divested product lines.• Provide financial analysis and evaluation on an ad hoc basis to support a variety of special projects performed at the request of the CFO.• Help plan and coordinate annual Financial Summit.
