In my time with Heritage woods I was lucky enough to have gained experience in all of the different aspects of operations as a member of the leadership team. While achieving my own objectives as resident services coordinator and maintaining residential satisfaction with services received from Heritage Woods I was also requested to assist for a quarter as the acting marketing director. In my time in this role occupancy increased from 92 percent to 98 percent. It also allowed me experience with a consumer referral tracker and its online interface for continuing interaction with potential residents. Following the addition of a new marketing director I was also asked to assist as the acting dietary manager in charge of daily operations. As a member of the leadership team as well as being tasked with being a department head for multiple departments in charge of budgeting and goal orientation. All of these goals were tracked using new electronic quality control measures included in different electronic health records. Compliance with all state regulations for required certifications. Responsible for reviewing documentation for accuracy prior to survey by state and federal regulatory agencies. Responsible for planning and implementing quality improvement measures for the facility including residential satisfaction surveys for quality.

As a team lead I was responsible for daily operations of an intermediate care facility that cared for 16 residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In my team in the leadership team with bethesda I was tasked with assisting in the process of downsizing from an intermediate care facility to two separate community integrated living arrangements. Continued with assisting the network with training as an on site trainer with direct support professionals supporting them through their OJT's. CPR/First Aid Instructor for the Northeast Region of Illinois. 2014 Employee of the Year for the Central Region comprising Minnesota, Illinois, and Missouri.
