BPI Group FZE is a company based in Dubai with the aim to invest and develop projects in West Africa in various fields such as hospitality industry, transformation & export of wood, real estate development -Hospitality industry unit: Define and implement strategy for two luxurious hotels with a total capacity of 305 rooms Draft, finance and follow massive renovation plans (up to 5 millions US Dollars) Represent the interests of the company with the different stakeholders Crisis management (Ebola crisis, political impasse) -Wood transformation & export unit: Develop skills in building a start-up company from its commencement to be a major player in the West African wood industry (45 millions US Dollars in 3 years) Set up SOPs and authorizations for the most exported commodity from The Gambia Lead and manage a large-scale, multicultural team (of up to 800 employees at its peak) Finance and implementation of the biggest wood processing factory in West Africa (750m2) with the objective of progressively switch the export from raw products to finished products Prospections business trips in the surrounding countries (Guinea-Bissau, Sierra Leone, Ghana)

As part of the Systems & Technology Group unit at the French IBM Headquarter, I worked closely with the sales director, the different sales managers and the finance department for one year as intern.
