Millersville University Graphic Design Computer Lab is a student run facility. Outside of faculty held classes, the lab is open 7 days a week to students to complete their course work. The lab requires a trained student employee present to assist students, and faculty with their printing and computer needs.My roles in the computer lab included;- Managed lab staff of 11 including creating work schedules- Facilitated and instructed equipment training for both techs and students- Installed software updates to lab computers- Performed troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of printers, scanners, computers, projectors and laminators- Calculated printing pricing for students and staff while balancing the departments lab budget- Responsible for ordering replacement parts, paper, ink and supplies
