    Data Conversion Manager DSS – Previous RoleCompleted statewide rollout of a Federally Certified Child Support Enforcement System. During my time on this project, I have led the state team through the Data Conversion Requirements, Design, and test phases of the project. The Successful rollout of the new system to 46 South Carolina counties. The Conversion of over 270,000 cases, and over 650,000 member records.During the initial stage of the project, I provided the required services to build and recruit a strong and qualified State team (through State Beeline recruiting process), worked with the vendor (Xerox/Conduent/Protech) to further clarify contractual obligations and met with the Clerks of Court stakeholders to confirm assumptions remaining from the last project. During this requirements phase, the technical design of the conversion framework was created. Mr. Patrick was integral in creating the Data Conversion Plan laying out the foundation of a successful implementation. I created, estimated, and resourced the project schedule of over three years from Design to Production. An Integral part of the State leadership, I worked with various teams from Functional, testing, training, an implementation/Site-Support. I maintained and managed the Microsoft Project plan for Conversion related tasks, reporting statuses weekly to the project team, and monthly to the Federal Oversight body. I effectively communicated to all levels of management, internal and external to the project team.This team performed as a cohesive unit and exceled in all facets of their work under my leadership.
