Currently responsible to the Cavendish Nuclear MEH team for defining and executing the Welding Strategy for the construction of the UK’s first new nuclear power station in two decades.Recently working in Asset Integrity Management of offshore assets, managing a team engaged in the development and continuous improvement of the integrity and inspection strategy for a fleet of FPSO’s. Responsible for the efficient and optimised execution of the integrity & inspection strategy.Previously engaged in the management of a team of materials and coating engineers responsible for providing project deliverables and technical support in material selection & corrosion mitigation using coatings and cathodic protection and metallurgy, welding, fabrication and NDT. Extensive experience gained over 38 years in all aspects of welding engineering, process metallurgy, and metallic material transformation acquired in the oil & gas, chemical, petrochemical and civil construction industries.
