I manage the security / risk assessment for the Electronic Medical Record program, including the development of the user and security implementation strategy for the Epic Application modules. I conducted discovery sessions to custom build the security access for each department and the various staff in those departments. I also conducted regular audits of logs to ensure integrity and functionality of the systems as well as investigate potential issues with systems or access. I was the NCOIC (Non-Commisioned Officer In Charge) of my department and worked closly with GTE to oversee the analog to digital conversion of the the divisions communications shelters and equipment. I planned, supervised, and inspected the work of my soldiers to ensure all quality standards were met and all work completed in the timeframe alotted. I also assited in writing the user manuals, troubleshooting guidelines, and documentation of the new systems that were implemented.
