Preforming shift and breakdown preventative Maintenance of all fixed plant equipment on processing plant, performing shut down rebuilds of Warman, Krebs, and parasitotic slurry pumps, replacing and rebuild of primary jaw crusher and screening components, replacement and inspection of mining hoses, feed spools, and launders. Assist with shut down works both Surface and underground. Replacement of conveyor components rollers, frames, pulleys and repairs to conveyor belts from splits and tears as well as rebuilding and replace chute wear plates and structural repairs. Experience in maintenance and repairs and fault finding of hydraulic drive units and filter press systems as well as apron feeder hydraulic and electrically powered. Work with maintenance supervisor to provide efficient and cost effective maintenance acroos the site.

Working in the maintenance and manufacturing of conveyor components and performing a breakdown service for clients. These included machining and manufacturing of pulley components, rubber lining and lagging pulleys as well as installation of bearings and housings to be ready for in field installations.Shut down work with assisting and working with belt replacements and inserts, pulley replacements, scraper installation as well as replacement of conveyor rollers and frames and general maintenance and fault finding of conveyor systems and structures.

- General cleanliness of workshop and work shop machinery eg. Cleaning of floors sweeping and degreasing, cleaning of workshop machines lathes, milling machines, drill press, and radial arm drill cleaning of bedsand slides ways and reapplying of oils. - Working in conjunction with safe work method statements/JHA and permits to work on jobs that involve - break downs, routine maintenance, capital works, and contracting works to trility water services. - Working in a team environment with tradespersons of same and other trades as well as apprentices
