Tender and supervise work for contractors that includes civil,scada telemetry, chemical treatment, sludge treatment. Health/Safety, Prepare reports on expenditure/work and water audits

Supervise staff of 10 prepare time sheets/record keeping. Supervise coordinate repair crews to road network (road reconstruction) Tar and chip, Asphalt, Wetmix, Civil works (footpath,drainage, bridge structures). Coordinate civil contractors work within time scales and budgets.
