Current• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate activities across multiple IT projects. Identify and resolve business needs to achieve organizational goals. Manage strategic planning to optimize resources, improve throughputs, and enhance system performance parameters.• Guide the implementation of IT security solutions and network monitoring. Establish disaster recovery plans and back-up protocols.• Provide Tier 3 technical consultations on IT and networking issues. Review network layouts, resolve equipment redundancies and improve network reliability and flexibility.• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance staff technical skills and motivation.• Create and maintain technical documentation regarding network configuration, network mapping, and service records including IT Service Catalog, Service Level Agreements and Operational Level Agreements.• Recruit and manage IT Administrator, consultants, and other personnel and oversee their professional development and training.• Manage the efficient implementation of new technology solutions to various internal business units, identify project requirements, establish quality assurance standards and recommend new products to enhance operational efficiencies.Key Projects• Workload migration On-Prem to Cloud (AWS and MS-Azure, Office 365)• Headquarter relocation moving a 65,000 sq ft facility to 130,000 sq ft facility, 180 staff relocation• Warehousing ERP platform upgrade MS-NAV 2009 to 2018• Complete End to End Cybersecurity safeguards deployment • DR and Business Continuity program development• End-user Cybersecurity companywide training
