At the core of my professional journey lies a passion for engineering excellence and a collaborative approach to leadership. I believe in the transformative power of thoughtful planning, intense collaboration, and a comprehensive system-level perspective when it comes to creating technology products. These guiding principles ensure that the solutions we build are not merely technically sound but are also tailored to meet the real needs of end-users, fostering innovation and strategic growth. My career has been defined by extensive expertise across various domains including hardware product development, engineering program management, and operations management. I excel in leading and building top-performing teams and making calculated technical and financial decisions to deliver high-quality technology products. Key areas of focus for me include product development leadership, technical program management, data analytics, opportunity and proposal creation, and a strong emphasis on communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution. Some of my standout professional achievements include architecting and leading the transition of my engineering team's, part of Flex's Central Technology Group, headquarters to Austin, Texas, growing a team from 15 to 60 highly skilled engineering personnel, and leading the delivery of 50 hardware development programs over the last three years. Additionally, I successfully negotiated and executed a customer contract with a financial potential of $180M over nine years, while maintaining an average customer review score of 9.5 out of 10. My leadership was also instrumental in driving the creation of a custom software interface for our engineering development and procurement process and creating a dynamic tracking system for performance metrics using Tableau from that software database. My goal is to leverage my extensive experience to create cutting-edge technology products and build teams that thrive on innovation and efficiency. I'm eager to connect with like-minded professionals and organizations to explore how we can collaborate to push the boundaries of what's possible in technology and engineering.

Mechanical Design EngineerL3 Technologies 2007 - 2012Greenville, TxServed as a member of the Heavy Structural Design group (three years full time and two additional separate co-op terms) designing aircraft modifications and upgrades to the RC-135 Rivet Joint aircraft, a member of the US Air Force surveillance fleet. Our design group was a participant in the entire design process from start to finish including design, drafting, fabrication, and installation of multiple pieces of reconnaissance equipment which resulted in structural modifications to the skin, floor, wings, tail, and belly of the aircraft. My final year at L-3 was in the position of Liaison Engineer where I worked full time in the hangar, overseeing and supervising the installation of all of the aircraft modifications our Heavy Structures group designed.
