I started off working for Hunt Enterprises, which was a company that owned and operated 27 McDonalds Franchise locations across Long Island NY. I worked from the age of 14 and worked my way up into management. Working at McDonalds, I was able to learn major management skills, Multi tasking, and extreme patience in a high traffic work environment. I then while 19 years old and working for Hunt Enterprises, I became a Lemon Tree Franchisee out of Holbrook NY. Where we went from doing on average 90 clients a week to 300 a week the first 6 months, and increased average tickets from $15 to $25-$30 and so on. I then opened 2 other locations, went to beauty school to learn the business & worked with the Lemon Tree Development Franchise team. Sharing ideas, and working with franchise owners on there POS systems, Specializing and learning every bit of it. Between Super Salon POS, and Meevo2 POS, we where able to craft systems that worked best for our businesses. Currently, Im Part Time with the Lemon Tree Development team due to Covid Pandemic and recently sold one salon so I can prepare to expand to Wilmington NC area. Im currently looking to possibly expand my experience to other companies to learn more and do more. Still being involved in the Beauty Industry, & Possibly POS systems.
