From working in a branch to being Chief Executive Officer of a community bank, I have been exposed to all facets of banking. I have learned there is no substitute for a strong work ethic, common sense and being surrounded with knowledgeable people who are willing to work as a team and dedicated to playing a critical role in helping others reach their financial goals and dreams.My passion is to help both employees and customers succeed.
