My experience constructing and operating a food truck taught me valuable skills in event planning, inventory management, customer service, and cooking. I also learned how to navigate tight spaces, multitask, and work quickly under pressure. Treating others with kindness and empathy is important to me, and possessing qualities such as patience, empathy, hard work, integrity, and an open-minded approach which could be the key to success to any business. My primary goal is to optimize the workflow between employees and management, creating a seamless and harmonious work environment that positively impacts, not only the quality of work produced, but also the overall quality of life for everyone involved, both within and outside the workplace.
