I started my Career journey back I 2016 with my first job at McDonalds. McDonalds was a great first job because it taught me time management, timely service, along with customer relations. These strengths only grew greater when I started my short Career at the retail chain Rue21 in the Oshkosh Outlet. Here I started as a store associate helping customers in a timely manner and give them the best shopping experience I could. I also learned a new set of organizational and product management skills to give our store the best possible product processing in the state of Wisconsin. I was promoted after a year at Rue21 to Assistant Part Time Manager where building team trust and bonding were essential to a happy and productive work environment.My summer job of 2021 consisted of working as a payroll intern for AZCO inc. A construction company whose head office is based in Appleton, WI. There I was in charge of processing up to 80 employees a week. Organizing their personal information into our Vista Viewpoint Software. In this software I would process information, collect weekly and monthly reports, and process payroll information to be sent to other departments for further processing. This job helped me learn more about different programs such as Vista Viewpoint, Oracle, Excel, and Bluebeem for greater document editing capabilities.Currently I am working as a student consultant at the Small Business Development Center of Wisconsin in their Digital Marketing department. HereI help small business's across Wisconsin with their digital marketing efforts. Everything along the lines of SEO practices, website development, short-form video creation, social media practices and implementation.
