The Sourcing Manager III leads and coordinates high levels of technical, financial and legal expertise from both the Company including overseas Headquarters, the supplier to structure and lead sourcing events up to the contracting, final negotiation, and contract execution. In general the Sourcing Manager III leads and performs the complete procurement process including issuing of the tender, evaluating proposals, recommending the awarding of, finalizing the contract, and booking it into Enel Green Power North America’s (EGPNA) ERP system.

Within the Engineering and Construction function, the Cost Engineer II manages all the project costs and cost impacts of the risks related to renewable power plants under development, and during execution until the handover of the project to Operations & Maintenance (O&M). The Cost Engineer interacts on a daily basis with the Project Team members (e.g. Project Manager, Planner, Contract Manager, Site Manager, Project Engineer) and other units, providing an effective project capex control and fully reliable forecast of total job costs.

• Act as a primary contact for client and auditor interaction during year-end cycles• Responsible for preparing and analyzing quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with Regulatory and GAAP requirements.• Selected by management to assist in the on-boarding for one of the largest hedge funds in the U.S. • Responsible for preparation of balance sheet, cash flow, financial analysis & highlights• Support a mix of large complex institutional client relationships requiring the understanding of customized client accounting and reporting requirements. • Ensure the accuracy and reasonability of amounts disclosed in the financial statements.

• Process all actual cash movements in the funds • Reviews and validates all daily activity in an accurate and timely manner, and maintains all required controls to ensure overall accuracy• Work in conjunction with individuals on the team, other shared services/COEs, India and Client Operations to ensure seamless processing of cash and custody events according to the fund’s policies• Calculate cash availability in accordance with performance standards and client deadlines
