Identity Governance Consultant
Current* Responsible for the creation, development, running and uplift of the UAR process from a manual based email system to an easy-to-use GUI system.* Investigate and resolve UAR related incidents and queries including identification and remediation of human, orphaned and system accounts.* Responsible for working with internal and external auditors (PWC, E&Y) to provide and present evidence on our working processes regarding UAR* Coordinate access change and removal requests with the Service Desk and ensure access is removed effectively in line with business management requests.* Creation of UAR Training Materials.* Supporting and educating the business on UAR processes via Workshops.* Responsible for UAM (User Access Management) assessments for newly onboarded applications within the business involving the creation and completion of procedural documentation working with application owners to help meet cyber identity requirements within internal policies.* Identify and implement changes or improvement to the UAR processes.* Identify, review and implement SODs (Segregation of Duties RE: Toxic Combinations) and support identifying RBAC (Role Based Access)* Proficiency in setting up, configuring, and troubleshooting workflows for Identity team.* Ensure access is removed effectively in line with business management requests.* Experience with IGA basic fundamentals. Provisioning, deprovisioning, and the Joiner-Mover-Leaver process.
