I am a proud native of the working-class area of Youngtown, Ohio. I took my strong work ethic gained from my community and upbringing to West Point, where I successfully graduated and commissioned as an officer in the United States Army. Upon graduation I continued to grow as a leader, being challenged daily with the complexities of being an officer and leading Soldiers. Whether it was managing the product life cycle of a complex weapon system or deploying a unit overseas, we accomplished a lot together. I learned from those around me and soon developed into a very confident, decisive, and strategic leader with compassion. I gained great perspective from traveling the world and continue to grow in my professional and personal life thanks to the many great people I have met along the way. I love to solve problems and am a very passionate intellectual. You will rarely see me without a book, newspaper, or magazine. I currently work in an executive role with a great national sales team at Simon Roofing, a company with a strong commitment to the Youngstown community. Through teamwork, we continue to achieve great results. Currently, I am finishing my MBA at The Ohio State University, Fisher College of Business.Main Skills include: Leadership, Financial Modeling, Project Management, Data Analysis, Continuous Improvement, Empathy, Compassion, Research and Development, Sales, Contracting Feel free to connect to discuss professional development, intellectual pursuits, or share a good laugh!
