◈ Responsible for all unit planning for five high-visibility, developmental tests for a complex weapon system, serving as a civilian equivalent project manager. Tests were valued up to $280,000,000 with Congress oversight These tests were major projects for the research and development component of the United States Army. Key responsibilities included operational/logistical planning, stakeholder coordination and feedback response, engineer planning and coordination, safety compliance, security collaboration, technical analysis of complex systems, housing and travel arrangements, site layout/emplacement, equipment movement, and airfield coordination.◈ Selected as Officer in Charge (OIC) to transport $1B in equipment, consisting of 10 convoys, two Air loads, and multiple line hauls—with zero incidents.◈ Served autonomously for majority of role; responsible for all unit operations and between 10-50 personnel while up to 6000 miles away from chain of command◈ Assumed the Company Commander role at times, with responsibility of 80-90 personnel and the unit's strategic operations. ◈ Directly managed up to 15 Soldiers throughout entirety of job; responsible for their training, administration, morale, professional development, discipline, and health/welfare◈ Specialized in radar theory and engineering; proposed two software upgrades with Raytheon engineers for the AN/TPY-2 radar.This role involved extensive soldier training, more than $1.5B in equipment transportation over 6,000 miles, and operational and logistical planning.
