I oversee different types of scope of work as well as crews, such as interior paint, drywall, trim, subfloor repairs, door/window installations etc..Exterior consists of balcony rebuilds, waterproofing, stone, exterior paint, stucco/efis, siding, roofing etc..I walk the properties with proposal requests and build proposal scopes/pricing, coordinate job site startup with Account Manager and Project Manager. Also interacted with the sub-contractors to be on site and made sure materials have been ordered and delivered to the job site. I also meet with multiple property managers and clients to ensure them that the scope of work is being completed and they are up to date.

Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex

I have guided numerous crews all over DFW/San Antonio & Abilene. Traveled to each city and inspected interior work, roofing, siding, fencing. I was in charge of scheduling the crews putting a material list together per what the job required and doing follow up inspections. I created contracts for the subcontractor as well as bids. Also interacted with clients making sure they are fulfilled with the progress until the project was complete.
