After providing consultancy services for Taiyo Group, was hired as a full-time Managing Director for the Global Business Team. Working with 5 people in the team, we were able to grow the international business from taking in 2% of the group's income to 18% of the entire group's income.Taiyo Group Japan is a pioneer in manufacturing a highly heat resistant (230 Degrees Celsius), Microwave & Dishwasher Safe and foodgrade, Reycled PET Resin perfect for table and cookwares.

Evaluated Taiyo's current Global Business strategy which allowed it to expand into markets previously uncovered by the scope of business in under a year including but not limited to Taiwan, various regions in the EU, the UK and Northern America.

Designed and developed an application based service provider that self-manages itself and allows for a broad network of people with varied experiences to work and develop their skillsets while earning money. AKA the UBER of service provision.

Design, direct, and implement a comprehensive donor relations and stewardship program to promote interaction with and recognition of major donors by developing strategies for effective stewardship of donors; this includes but is not limited to special events, capital campaigns, sight visits and soliciting new major gifts from corporations, churches, grantors and high net worth individuals. Oversaw the creation of ICM’s Donor Relations Team's expansion into Australia. Cultivating relationships and developing consistent donor connectivity and loyalty over a period of two years; the cash fundraising target doubled from US$3.9m in 2011 to US$12m in 2016.Oversaw the integration of Salesforce CRM software across all ICM Departments and into the daily workflow by tracking donor interactions, accomplishments & donations. Creating dashboards of the historical trends and patterns for strategic decisions and monitoring. ICM operates across the Southern Philippines, serving 170,000 ultrapoor participants through 450 employees and a volunteer network of 5,000 local community leaders. ICM is committed to a community-based, holistic solutions to fighting ultrapoverty to ICM’s participants who live in subsistence. ICM’s annual budget is US$11m, with a mailing list of nearly 6,000 individuals from over 15 countries.
